Question Mario Kart wii channel help

hey guys, i have recently downloaded mario kart wii, and its working fine, the only problem i have is that i cant install the Maroi kart wii channel. when i press the button which should installs it, all it does is tells me what the channel does, and when i click install, it takes me back to my menu, but nothing there!

so is there some type of wad i can install so i get the mario kart wii channel?

i had the same problem with "Rabbids Go Home" - if you look in your wii memory in data management there will be channel there but it does not show up in the main menu... IDK if there is a fix, i just did not bother with it

These channels are just there to waste your NAND space.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

It really is a waste. The channel only gives you access to the wifi stuff like tournament rankings. It doesn't directly launch the game, if that's what you were looking for. AND it takes up something like 136 blocks of memory.

Fair enough. You'll either need the retail disc, or a wad file for the channel itself to install via Wad Manager. Can't tell you where to get that wad though, if it exists it's not talked about much.

if you really want the WAD... you should be able to find it in the WAD folder in the disk (i.e were the IOS and sys Menu info is)...

use wii scrubber and see if you can find anything that would be titled close to what you are looking for....
