Neo Gamma gives black screen after 1 second

The title pretty much speaks for itself.

I have installed HBC and NeoGamma r8 b3. When I click it, it just turn black immediately.

Any idea what could cause/fix this?

do you have cIOSrev15 installed, cuz im sure R8 runs off that, also try the beta 15 instead of beta 3
