Reinstall your system menu with a system menu wad.

    I'm having a similar problem

The sytem menu is there but the wii machine boots to priiloader

In preloader settings I have it set to boot to system menu, but it just wont have it.

Done dogeggs guide from sysmemnue 3.1E, and updated to 4.1E via the homebrew channel updater.

If I need to load a sysmenu wad, where will I get one ?

    Appreciate any help.

EDIT, it will go to system menu from priiloader.

If it means anything, It took me three go's to install priiloader, first I got "exception (DCI) occured" error with some dump info
Next A warning flashed up but restarted wii before I could read it
And then it installed and first booted straight to system menu.

When you cange a setting in priiloader, it will boot to the system menu once, then its priiloader all the time.

Its as though its backwards, where nornally when you install, it boots straight to priiloader, then you set auto boot and it acts normally.

It will boot to the homebrew channel everytime if you choose that.
