you just need wadmanager, put it in the "apps" folder and put the "wads"(or "wad" folder, I forgot whether theres an "s" or not) folder in the root of your memory stick and put our wads in there.

Be careful with wads because if they're made incorrectly or you do something wrong it will brick your wii(i got a 'currupt my life as a king' wad and it happen to me without warning and before bootmii came out -_-). Make sure you back up your system files on bootmii first and then install your wads. If everything works fine you can uninstall bootii if you dont plan on putting in wads for awhile. I would make sure I have a back up of my system everytime I use wads

    Lightbulb Installing WADS?

If didn't, install IOS 249, or else you won't be able to to install any WADs.
Careful though, some WADs will brick your Wii, especially if they are made incorrectly.

I'd recommend this guide if you don't know what you are doing. It helped me!

    You'll need Adobe Reader though...

4.2 give an error because it does not have the trucha bug in it.

The trucha bug is found in older system menu IOSs. respectively 3.2 and below.

The tucha bug restorer patches the IOS files of new system menus (that Nintendo patched to remove the bug) and restores the bug.

If you dont wanna use this (or if it dont work witch IS possible) the only other solution is to downgrade your wii and use safe updaters which should keep the bug.

Well, not really. it is possible, but not likely.

I downgraded my wii six times before I finnaly got everything back to the way it was untill i upgraded to 4.2

I do have a problem though. I cannot load the system menu through IOS 60 or 61 (as i have system menu 4.0)

I fixed this by using preloader to load IOS 38 and it works fine.

But yes, for trucha bug restorer, just download from my first post with the link and follow the instructions.

If it dont work, post it here and i will give you the required stuff for downgrading to 3.2 and upgrading to 4.0 with blocked disc update checks so that when you put in a game with the 4.2 update, it dont make you update.
