I was looking on DL QJ since I'm new to the Wii hacking scene I've never even heard of this, but it seems very interesting cause what it sounds like is when the Wii boots up it will present you with a menu, this is good for if you brick the system..

Am I able to install it on a v4.0U with CIOSCORP 3.4?
(not Lu64)

And anything I should uninstall?

** I used startpatch to remove the Safety precaution screen thing, should I put it back efore installing this?

It is just a dol loaded by preloader to launch a fancy screen allowing you to choose between system menu or homebrew- It wont provide any protection

What I meant by "this is good if I brick the system" I meant I could go into homebrew channel and run an app to install whatever is missing..

Sure, but it is loaded by preloader. You can launch and run your homebrew from preloader, so wii home does not give any added safty- just nice pretty boot screen.
