I have Homebrew Channel 1.0.3 and want to update it.
My Wii is 4.1 U with moded chip. I also have IOS 249 installed which is used to install wad files.
My question is that how can i update the homebrew channel to latest version 1.0.4 and will it be beneficial to update it or no need for it.

It does not ask for the update for latest version. I have 1.0.3 version and I heard that latest version is 1.0.4.

On the top it shows 1.0.3 but in change log it shows 1.0.4.. See the screenshot

So it is still unknown that how to update the channel.
Original question is remained unanswered.
To install v1.0.4 you need to run the hackmii installer v0.4-test1 from the apps folder on your sd card. The installer is available here [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
The new version of bootmii gave me a stack dump error though?

There is a 1.0.4 version, but the old one works fine so nothing you miss if you are on 1.03
it comes with bootmii 0.4, in which the bug "different wii nand
" is corrected
