Simply get the installer for rev14 and put it on your apps folder then run it and choose what ever method method of installation you want. (Network install if you have wifi and WAD install if you have no internet)

No need to uninstall the old one or anything, the new one will overwrite it.

there are 2 ways to do that. You can download and install the channel with the application inside it which will take up more memory blocks or you can install the channel forwarder which wont have the application inside it but youll need it on your sd card. Either way, they get installed via wad manager. Youll need the wad manager applicaion in your apps folder on your sd card and youll need the wad (channel) that you downloaded placed into the wad folder. You run HBC and select wad manager then click + (plus) on the wad you want to install.
If I have helped you in any way, please thank me by pressing the little thanks button.
