Preloader problem :-(

I have a big problem with my wii, its firmware is 3.3u, i installed the homebrew chanell with the bannerbomb exploit and every thing went perfectly. i backed up my nand, next thing i did was to install mplayer ce and the usb 2.0 support update followed by cIOSCORP. everything was running find but i made the mistake of installing preloader 0.28 because i wanted to block the update from the backed up game i had. preloader hacks.ini would'nt work due to my system menu 3.3u. anyway i was fustrated and i formatted my wii and iam left with preloader at boot which then loads systemmenu, hbc has been deleted along with bootmii, but i cannot get the hackmi installer to work anymore. i run the boot.dol file from preloaders menu but the installer frezes when iam about to press the 1 button to run install. please help me some one, and sorry for this long noob sob story. i just want to get rid of preloader and get back hbc.

Seems like a big ol cluster of stuff here. My advice would be to get any region changer this will take you to 3.2 firmware. Then I would try again with the bannerbomb exploit. Also bootmii doesnt like cIOSCorp so that could be your problem as well. If you think it is try running the cIOSCorp uninstaller.

got the hbc installed from preloaders menu but its and old beta, next thing iam going to try is to remove preloader.

Yeah because you know doing something that wasn't part of my advice is a wonderful thing to do.... Let me ask you this... you uninstall preloader how are you going to get into the HBC when bootmii decides to not let you install it?

Why ask for help if you are going to do what you want to do anyways?

thanks for your advice, but the hbc installer created the channel so now i can run apps again, many apps failed while in preloaders menu. bootmii was erased when i did the format i think, but i believe that having boot me and preloader 2gether is'nt good in terms of compatability, i only wanted preloader because of the update blocker protection but its best for me to use brick blocker app. i prefer bootmii anyway. thanks nun the less, coming from a noob...
