Thanks to everyone for your help so far.

Alright, I kinda got it workin. I copied waninkoko's usb 1.5 loader and ran that from HBC which mounts the USB Hard Drive and then I can go into the usbloader gx and run the games from there. It would be nice if someone was able to help me get this working the way it was intended to though.
