Us can usb loader 1.4 force ntsc?

hi, I am new, and may be posting in the wrong area, if so please move, and my appologies. I am having troubles finding these things compiled into one loader. I am assuming I would be best off with USB loader v 1.4. I was looking for that version with, Force NTSC, Cover pic support, Home Returns to the USB Drive game list.. and uh.. I think thats about it.. Anywya about half my games i dl are pal and the 1.4 doesnt force ntsc.. so I either go back to 1.1 which i read does, or I need a fix. Thanks a lot guys. uh also, I need like an idiots guide to how to put it on my wii instead of current 1.4 thanks again sorry im pretty new to this.

Just in case anyone else has a problem booting an out of region game here is what I did.
I had Mario Party 8 PAL. I used the USB loader and tried to force NTSC but all I got was green screen. So I extracted the game and used Regionfrii and changed it to NTSC. Then I loaded Mario Party again without using the force and it booted right up. So maybe it will work for someone else with that problem.

    just get

just get ultimate usb loader its based off Usb loader 1.5
USB Loader... my turn - GBAtemp.net
just take out your usb loader .boot file, and put that one in, then when you go to usb loader you can push B and make it FORCE your region. its way nicer.

Just another route to go, I was also having problems with pal vs ntsc and replaced my av cables with component cables but left the output setting to 480i. Has played every game since no matter the region code. I like it as to no other wii mods neccesay. If all else fails or you don't wont to mod more than needed give it a go.
