first HBC, THEN downgrade to v3.2, yea?

    hey
first - thaks to everyone who contributed to the 3000 odd posts i've read in the last week. i'm about to launch into the great homebrew adventure. i have my zelda, sd card, my -r dvds....
could someone just confirm before i begin:
    (i have ver3.4E)
i do the twilight hack thingy to get homebrew (using the 3.4 hack)
THEN, once that's up and running, i downgrade to 3.2, to ensure no future probs?
i just want to be able to play 'back-up' games. it sounds like HBC is the easiest way to do this without modding my wii.
    cheers again!

Use Emperor Of Canadas downgrade guide,

It will get homebrew installed, then downgrade you, then install backup loader.

    Then your done.

    IOS Downgrader not working

thanks. i've got HBC on my wii (yay) and am now trying to downgrade (using chrischown ultimate guide). No wad manager 1.3 to open, so opened wad manager 3 instead (as instructed in another post). this seemed to install "IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad" okay.
then opened ‘Custom WM’ and installed the ‘cios_fix.wad’. seemed ok. but when installing the IOS downgrader, the small window flashes up very briefly (I assume a "download finish" type window), but then there aren't any instructions to follow! screen goes black and then wii goes back to initial "warning-health & Safety" start page.
do u suggest starting over with eoc's download link? can i just start again or do i need to remove the first few installations first?
    thanks heaps mate.

You will find EOC's much easier to understand and get working....

    I would suggest it.
