First, i sorry about my English i hope you understand.
My friend bought wii hacked and before 1 year he update the wii and the homebrew channel delete but neogamma continue work. Now, he burn fifa 13 and when he go to neogamma and choose start the game, the wii do massege of "wii system upgrade". What he can to do without homebrew channel? Someone tell me to install priiloader but need homebrew for it.

Wii version 4.3e.
He will have to re-mod his system. Look for the "Softmod Any Wii" link in my signature and follow it all the way through, including installation and configuration of priiloader.
This will install HBC, Priiloader, updated apps, and updated IOS/cIOS files, so the system should not need to ask for an update after it is done.

yes. Just follow the guide as-is, as if your Wii is new. Don't format or delete anything first. Just take your Wii as it is now and follow the guide.
