Need Help to install WAD manager via Homebrew Channel

I'm trying to install the "WAD manager" program in my Wii device using the "Homebrew Channel", but it's no use.
Every time that I try, the Wii Remote tuns off in the window that I can choose de Root device. I don't have ideia of whats is going on, please help me!

wad manager will only work if you have completed the Wii softmod. failing that are you using the correct cIOS for installing what ever you are trying to install with wad manager.
