Well the "mods" haven't accepted it but i can remake it,

Goto my computer then the local disk normally C:

Once there create a folder name WBFS

Open up the RAR or ZIP file that contains WBFS_WIN.exe and drag / drop it into the folder created

NOW a game put the ISO in the same folder

Ok so WBFS is all done through the command line CMD/Command prompt you cannot double click it ...

So to get to the Command line do this

XP USERS: Click Start then goto RUN and type in CMD

VISTA USERS: There are a few ways here

1: Windows key (on the keyboard) and R

2: RUN might be in the start menu (by default its not)

3: ALT+CTRL+DEL select task manager, File > New task > type in CMD

Once here you must CD (eg move to the WBFS folder)

So in CMD type CD C:/WBFS or CD C:\WBFS, now you'll see yo uhave moved to that location,

And time to run the commands just type them in CMD as they are here

X represents the HDD you want to use BE CAREFUL!

    *init the partition:
    wbfs_win.exe X init

*add an iso to your partition
wbfs_win.exe X add COD5.iso - COD5 being the game you want to add - i suggest renaming the ISO to something easy makes for less typing!

To be honest thats all you need you can remove + add on the WII itself..

Enjoy guys hope it helped if you need help just reply!

thanks alot man thats ten times easier explanation then the one i read...do you a good site to download the files from?

Yea the package came loaded with useless things, the boot.dol is the backup launcher don't worry about it, as its not needed.

wbsf_win_src - is the source code to the WBSF program, its just for developers it isn't needed

how do you continue to load games on the harddrive if it reformats each time?

Also can you just put .iso files from your computer straight to the harddrive rather than ripping it from a disk?

well im pretty sure it dosent reformat everytime just the first time you connect it to the wii and run usb loader and partition the drive to the wbfs format, thats why when you plug it into your pc you need to follow certain steps as described above by a.t.h.k to put them on the drive because you cant just copy and past them onto...dont forget to thank him if it helps

as a side not a.t.h.k since it sounds like youve had some experience with this program..and to let you know i have just tested it and worked perfect i just tried it with wii play cause thats a quick install....when im taking iso from the computer is there certain things that need to be considered such as..like dose it have to be ntsc because like in wii gator you can just force ntsc for out of region games? and do i need to patch the 249 into it? and im asuming still to patch the update portion? just curious because theres no options for any of that stuff in this program atleast as of yet
