Some games ran through softmod run a little slower, I think 3x instead of 6x, is ther ea similar problem playing from the HDD or do they run as fast as an original disk? I know on a PS2 the loading time is faster on the HDD than on the original disk. Just curious, I have a soft mod and all my games oare downloaded so I can not use this

I see that some people reports that it doesn't load fast... could it be that the USB2 IOS needs to be installed in order to achieve USB 2.0 speeds?

Im getting: Could not initialize USB subsystem! (ret = -6)

Anyone have any ideas? I see -1 is the most popular problem which is for having a device not compatible. I have tried a 2 gb Sandisk....which people have been sayin is working....and a 256gb Seagate....got the same error each time. Idk what it could be.

Seriously, could I use a USB SD card reader, and use the SD card. Or would that not work? I'm at my grandparent's and I do not have any of the Thumb Drives here, only my SD card, and reader.

causes:
1. cIOS36rev9 install ?
2. USBflash not compatible
3. use other USB port
4. avoid dual USB ports in use.
