This tool does what the title says XD.
Makes games Region Free and blocks the updates from a game iso.

Ok I tested it on a PAL version of "Rabbids Go Home" and I patched it to NTSC/USA and I patched the update and burned it on my Hp DVD RW AD-7561 SATA Drive at 8x and it booted up fine on my 4.2u Softmod Wii. I would also like to add that I did use DVD-R and that this was the first test that I have done at 8x with my SATA driver. Just giving you the feedback. And thank you for the upload :D
