    Try this one:
Usage - pcsxgc - How to use WiiSX/CubeSX - Project Hosting on Google Code

I'm also new to this so I can't give you any pointers on how to really use it. Goodluck!

List of homebrew emulators - WiiBrew
get the homebrew browser on here to install it if you don't understand its directions, but I believe they must be in .bin or .cue format, also you have to have the bios for the ps1

What program will backup retail PSX game discs, to bin and cue files? I thought I used Alcohol 120% before but don't have that program anymore, and I tried Alcohol 52% and don't see bin and cue as a choice.

I think IMG burn should, most burners have the option now

You are correct, IMGburn does make BIN and Image, just ripped Resident Evil 2, now I just have to find that bios I downloaded about 5 months ago, then give it a try. The problem I had before with this emulator is the PSX game I downloaded was in a different format and I couldn't get it converted to bin and cue. Maybe I'll have some luck this time.

EDIT - I got past the part that says execute, a black screen with the FPS at the top of the screen, perhaps this game is not compatible. I'll rip another game in a day or so.

Sweet , I didn't even bother to check if the wii played ps1 games. Going to have to look into it. Now I can play Final fantasy 9 on my psp and Wii I hope.

These are the games I ripped from original retail discs and the results I get.

    Asteroids
    Gran Turismo
    Looney Tunes Racing
    Urban Chaos
    Resident Evil 2
    Poy Poy

Resident Evil 2 doesn't even boot, and Looney Tunes Racing boots but the screen is to dark to see what's going on. The other games play fine. But on most of the games, the intro video seems off color and the sound is distorted, but game play is fine.

these are the settings I used
    Controller - (A) Standard Controller
    Core Type - (X) Dynarec

My original copy of Spyro 2 - Ripto's Rage is in an unplayable condition, so I downloaded the ISO, and it gave me a .img, .ccd, and .sub file. Where do I go from here?
