i was just curious if anyone else with ntsc system has had issues with the game pikmin (i believe its spelt), now i had a pal copy of the game burned and normally if i have any issues with pal region games i just force ntsc and it works, but for this game if i forced ntsc the game just froze with green screen if i didnt force then the game loaded but was black and white and screen messed up which is normal without force on most pal games on ntsc..
just curious if anyone knows why this particular game wont work on gamma with a force? is there something new with this game or what?
just get it in ntsc i tried forcing ntsc and nothing this game and rouge trooper didnt work got pikmin ntsc worked great. cant get rouge trooper ntsc some games with softmod you just have to get in your region, you might have to wait a lil bit but you'll find it soon enough
oh yea i already got a ntsc copy, it was for my friend,and the ntsc copy worked fine, but i was just curious as to why this game was doing that, since i believe the game is fairly new was just wondering if they have done something different with the game.....
i tired the vidtv on my buddys but still no difference, althought i dont really know what the vidtv option does when you enable...is it just for component output? i know alot of people that were having issues with other games said when they changed to component cables they werent having any issues with out of region games or atleast alot less...this is the first game i ahve come across out of region that gave me any issues with the force ntsc enabled, so maybe just have to stay with the ntsc copies from now on if its something with the newer games...
