Thread: weight loss, abstract idea

    Everyone tries to make it so hard to lose weight. It's one of the easiest things to do.

    The two most important things are to eat less and move more. If you do that, then you are on your way.

    I'm just being a little silly there but it really is a simple process.

    Eat healthy and control your portions. Even if you eat healthy, you can still eat way more than what you should if you don't watch how much.

    Exercise. two hours a week is not too much to ask for. Most everyone can find 30 minutes a day four days a week to exercise.

    LOL. I agree. My weight loss plan has worked for years.

    1) Don't over eat! This is the most important part. Don't snack because you are watching TV and stupid stuff like that. Eat when you are hungry and only until your full.
    2) Stay active. If you sit on your butt all day you get fat.

    If you follow those two steps you should be good.

    Hardly abstract. While men have been using testosterone to increase muscle mass for decades without focusing on weight gain, the initial effect is weight loss as fat burns faster. Most of the steps listed above are good steps to follow for weight loss in general.

    ginseng raises blood pressure so i would stay away from that.
    you seem to want to take the easy way out and get things that help you (which if you take a thing that helps chances are it will have a worse side effect)
    now like other people said and you heard a million times before, but this is what works, eat healthy and exercise that's it, you shouldn't do anything else.

    now this is coming from a personal trainer.

    Decreased caloric intake also reduces test production. But if you workout, test levels increase. Give and take.

    Also, sex increases test exponentially. Have at it, folks! =p
