Is my Wii a Repaired and used Wii?

Hi
Today i noticed a tag near GC controller port
Is it a tag that show us it's a used and repaired Wii or it's normal and common for all Wii's out there?

By the way it's a KOR Wii.

I have never seen that tag before on any Wii's that I have worked with...

I have no clue what that is. As for as I know, there's no universal sign that says "this Wii is used". You have to ask the seller.

I had the same sticker on a replacement black sheild I ordered from china!
This may indicate that your wii has been opened! Can't be 100% sure though.
I'd say your wii is used, but as shadow said earlier, it's probably best to ask the seller.

The problem is that sellers here won't say anything about it if it's a replacement or used Wii but i bought it as a new one.When i got it, it was completely new.No dust on the fans or anywhere else and controllers were new and clean.I don't know.I have 2 Wii and i want to sell one of them.I'm confused which one is the better one!:D Is there any way to recognize that?
