Question Wiikey "Unable to read"

So i have had the wiikey chip for 5-6 months and it has been working fine.

I have all the latests updates 1.9g with the latest firmware.

But then suddenly without warning my WII just whouldnt start up any burnt games..

I was playing the endless ocean in the evening, it plays just fine without any problems what so ever. Then today im trying to start it up and it just says unable to read disc.

So i poped in some other burnt games i got, Super mario galaxy, Super paper mario, No more heroes none of them work. Then i pop in cooking mama and it boots just fine, but that game seems to be the only none original game i got thats working. The rest just gives me the "unable to read".
But original games boot just fine.

Ok so, i recon it might be something wrong with the setup. so i insert my 1.3 setup disc and it wont boot, So i put in my 1.3 "hacked" version then the 1.2 normal verison. turn on the region free.. Pop the 1.3 back in. dosent work.
try some games dosent work.

What could be my problem?

The game has been bought from a store that did all instalation of the chip, so there shouldnt be a problem with the wires..

And i might add its the Euro version of the WII.

I guess it may have something to do with media? I've read after the 1.9g upgrade, the wii will become a bit sensitive to the type of media. My Zelda: Twlight Princess stopped working with "unable to read" error, but the remaining games has no problem.

First off, what type of media do you use? Try Verbatims if you are using cheap-o's.

Secondly, try using the recovery disc to downgrade your chip to the 1.9g version of the firmware.

I don't know about you guys, but once the wasabi gets cheaper, Im never using the Wiikey again... too many issues with this "beta" 1.9g firmware.

My thoughts are that the wiikey team, trying to battle the wiikey clone market, made it so that it doesnt flash properly to cloned chips. I think that bit of code is responcible for the corruption of alot of original chips as well.

Update: I tried copying my Zelda game over to a Sony DVD/RW and it works fine as before.

All my games are giving me "unable to read disk" error.
Imation CD sucks? It can't be right?
And I'm now on 3.2U, never update my wiikey before..
Though I am really interested about the downgrading thing..
Is it possible to get my hands on one of those downgrading CD?
Because I suppose I have no recovery CD or whatsoever.
