I purchased a WiiKey2 from Foundmy.com several months ago.
I followed the instructions exactly, but after the installation the Wii would not accept dics (they would not get sucked into the drive).
I contacted Foundmy.com support, and (after a few e-mail correspondences) they agreed to replace it.
I mailed the chip in to get replaced, and received it back several weeks later with a return to sender note on it. The envelope had been opened and taped back together.
I e-mailed the support about what had happened, but they never responded.
I am posting this in case anyone is debating whether or not to order a WiiKey from Foundmy.com ... based on the customer service I received, I would not recommend it.
If this is not posted in the correct forum, please let me know.
