    Controller problem with Emulators

Hello All. First off thanks for this great website and tutorials! With it I have successfully modded plenty of Wii systems (once my friends and family knew I could they never stop asking haha).
    Anyway, on to my problem.

I have successfully modded about 10 Wii systems following MauiFrog's tutorial using Smashstack on 4.3 Wii systems. On each of these my friends mainly wanted to play homebrew and emulators. Well on the Last 2 Wiis I modded They both have problems with the emulator.

One: When He plays on SNES9x gx, Fceugx, etc and he wants to play multiplayer only the first controller will work. Player two will never sync. EVEN after pressing the red sync button on the wii and controller.

Two: This system has a similar problem, except NOT EVEN the first controller will sync at all.

So person numer 1 can't play multiplayer on Emulators, Person number 2 can't even play emulators.
In both cases the controllers turn off, and only ever blink when trying to sync.

I hope someone has a solution THANKS!

Seems to be a problem with snes9x emulators and multiplayer as this is the second post ive read regarding the problem.

As I mentioned in another post, prehaps snes9x does not support multiplayer, even though many games are multiplayer!!

Also read in a few posts (and I have been corrected on this by Shift_Lock) that some newer Wii Motion+ controllers are not working on Homebrew at all, this might be your issue for the 2nd Wii. Try an older contoller, from what you said in OP, im sure you will have no trouble in borrowing one!

Alright. I'll have them try out different controllers.
    Thanks for the help.
