Thread: Should I run update on Wii Fir disc???

Hi I have a question, I used the twilight hack and installed home brew and back up channel and a few virtual games on my Wii. Today I got a Wii Fit and i was told it will run an update the first time i use it. Will this brick my system? Should I avoid this update or is it okay to install? My Wii is currently sitting @ 3.2 for the firmware

boot it in gecko OS, it will cause more problems down the road, or install starfall and block updates, then boot it in disc channel
