BLC_Wii-ish_EN_002_FIX, I have managed to download this file, thanks to the Admiral pointing me in the right direction, there is no read me text file so as i can understand how to add it to my wii, i have not got a clue what files that i need to add, and how i go about this, it also has a Cios installer as well, does this contain all the ios files that i need. Any help would be great!

it has the gamma loader with the error 2 fix as a wad to install as a channel.

This is all information that is available by searching. All I am doing is providing it to you from the same place I got it. I take no credit for this work, just providing you with the info in hopes it will help you.
It is against the rules to link you directly to it, so either search more or I will help point you in the right direction as much as I can.
These are wads that install the gamma backup launcher as a channel with the error 2 fix.
No other cios then the one you have installed for the gamma loader is required.
It depends on what channels you have installed if it just overwrites an existing loader channel.
If the channels have different IDs, you can have both.
You still need the IOS that the game requires. This launcher just incorprates the error 2 that you get with some games like need for speed.
Assuming you have unpacked the RAR.
If you need the NTSC english version than open the folder named:
BLC_Wii-ish_v2_EN
You will find this wad file in there:
BackupLauncher_03g_Wiiish_v2_EN.wad
Install it just like any other wad file.
You should know have the Gamma backup loader channel with the error 2 fix and not get the error 2 anymore.

i have test the 002 fix with NFSU and it works.

I downgraded to 3.2U with the Emporer of Canada Tut and I have HBC 1.0.1 installed, .3g backup loader with the error 2 fix from this file "BLC_Wii-ish_EN_002_FIX" (Version BLC_Wii-ish_v2_EN) , All of these IOS - 16, 36, 37, 38, 53, 55, CIOS 249
I burn with Verbatim DVD-Rs at 4x with Nero and ImageBurn.

Admiral swissarmyknife, this is the 'readme' you referred people to.
This program is a modification of GeckoOS, and is unsupported and not condoned by the original authors of it. The backup loader modification is solely the work of WiiGator.
The original GeckoOS was made possible by Nuke, Kenobi, Link, Y.S. (DIY Hacker), XT5, bushing, dhewg, Foxx, SMK, and all USB Gecko forum members, so thanks to them for their hard work.

This is what I had to do, and the readme is not worth a crap.
a. Put the cIOS_Installer and HBC-BL_Wii-ish_EN folders into your apps folder on the SD card and then....
b. Put the BackupLauncher_03g_Wiiish_v3_EN.wad file in your wad folder on the SD card.
c. Open HBC and install the 'backuplaucher03g' wad using wad manager and you'll have the channel.
d. You will also be able to go to HBC and access the Error 002 fix backup loader.
e. It tells you to run the cIOS installer before the new backup launcher will work but after numerous errors '-1017' I just gave up, maybe it's already installed???
As for the moderators, grow a pair and answer some questions.
It's great searching a thousand websites looking for the FAQ that addresses someones specific issue.
Most of the search results for technical issues simply show the question being asked and 'moderators' keep telling other people, type it in google. Great, I type it in google and it brings up 50 pages where moderators are simply telling people to 'type it in google'.
Please god just answer the questions or don't even bother clicking reply, eventually someone will figure it out and actually try to help others. Do your job or sod off.

All you have to do is install the wad worked for me. mlb 2k9 and madworld so cheers to all, also for the file sence everyones complaining YES do google it the WHOLE filename not half assed no extention and rapidshare should have it thats where i found it

Brilliant! - couldnt agree more - some people think they have the power of God - people should help regardless of repietion - the internet is so vast that people like myself use wii hacks as the best place to get answers to questions that have probably been asked a 1000 times so what?
If you think the questions are repititious and are sick of seeing the same topice then dont f'in respond and leave it to more helpful people.

Downloaded the above file and installed through wad as instructed.
I now have a working copy of backupgamma3 with the #002 fix.
My back-up copy of Punchout is now working flawlessly. Awesome.
