Question Why doesn't the crappy Nyko Wand sync with homebrew?

Why doesn't the Wand sync with HBC, Priiloader or any other homebrew? I'm sure it has more to do with software than being junky inferior parts.

U have one because it seems to be rock hard, looks nice and had the potential of making games more immersive with that passthrough feature to other Nyko crap. It even has worked very well for me and the swpeaker quality is much better than that of the official counterpart. It works great with all the official Wii software, but not homebrew and not the Dolphin Emulator.

    So why would that be?

Well besides the obvious thing that none of this stuff was designed for homebrew, I would think that inferior products would be even less effective.

Yeah. I guess that is the obvious.

But what causes it to not sync? It's as if it doesn't acknowledge the Wii is even there when it's running homebrew. But when official software is running, I find it to be more effective than the Wii remote at times. Especially that I haven't heard the speaker crackle out once with it. My Wii remotes do that all the time, but it's probably because they're older models that were released before Nintendo had the new wrist straps and sleeves. Is there a newer Wii remote? There is a model with Wii motion plus integrated, also. Right?

Just wondering if it's bad code or hardware.

    True!

Though I do like it's sound quality better than the Nintendo Wii Remote.
