I know that the ps3 controller is bluetooth so id think it would be theoretically possible.

Just as it is theoretically possible to move back and forth in time and travel to other habitable planets in a timely fashion.

current time travel theories state you cant go back in time, but you can go forward.

I don't believe it is possible. However, you can use Gamecube controllers, PS2 controllers (with an adapter), or a Wii Classic Controller. I highly recommend the classic controller vs. adapters and controllers from other consoles.

Not sure if there is a PS3 converter but there is one to convert a ps2 controller. you could also either tear the guts out and fab your own or chop up some wires and make your own converter.
PS2 controller convert to other different consoles to use, by inserting a converter.

you can use a ps2 controller using a ps2 to gamecube controller adapter, but not for ps3. google the adapter if want to use ps2 adapter to gamecube.

blutooth don't mean nothing, it depends on the frequency at which the device transmits it and receives it.

Your on the right track but the frequency isn't the problem. The radio frequency is just a carrier for the data.

Bluetooth is a proprietary open wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances (using short wavelength radio transmissions in the ISM band from 2400-2480 MHz)
    source

It's the protocol that the Wii is expecting vs the PS3 remote. Think of it as an American trying to communicate with a Chinese guy without an interpreter or in this case a convertor. One can't understand the other.
