    I looked at the PDF with instructions. This is what it says

    * COMPONENT VIDEO INPUT terminal:
    Use the component adapter cable (included).
    The lines correspond to the AUDIO-VIDEO INPUT.
    ** VIDEO INPUT terminal:
    Use the A / V adapter cable or SCART AV adapter cable (included).
    The lines correspond to the COMPONENT AUDIO INPUT.

    Not sure what to make of it, though

    So they included extra cables so they didn't have to add extra ports. That makes the TV look smaller, although it makes the cable setup a bit messier. It looks like you can use component cables, although I strongly suggest you use the official Nintendo ones instead of the third-party ones you posted in your first post.

    Yes, I was planning to get the Nintendo ones.

    Will these adapters have any impact on quality? Or it doesn't matter?

    I doubt it will have a negative impact on quality.

    Keep in mind when you first try out component cables that the difference it makes really seems to depend on the game. Some games you don't notice any difference, but on others (especially Nintendo games), the improvement is very obvious. Things that don't move (text, for example) are much sharper with component cables.
