That usually comes up when the game isn't passing the security checks.

Does this happen right after putting the game in the drive? After you click on the disk channel? Does the banner for the game come up in the disk channel? Is it an out of region game? Any softmods or hardmods?

You have a bad laser pickup or the top disk spindle came loose which causes a clicking noise and the disk can't spin up properly.

The solution is to disassemble the wii and either replace the entire drive or run the disk with it disassembled and try to find where the clicking noise is coming from. There is a small screw on the top disk spindle that you can loosen up and then reset the spindle until the clicking noise goes away. It could also be a number of other things with the drive (usually a basic mechanical problem) but you won't know until you disassemble it.

Like I said, replacing the drive would be the easiest fix.

You will need a tri-wing screw driver and a very small phillips head as well. There are hidden screws under the feet and the plastic security tabs. May want to search for a guide that explains how to disassemble it properly.
