    Losing Weight with Wii

So I have read a few articles about people losing weight by playing the wii about 30mins a day.

Anyone find it's quite a workout to play?

Yep. Just tried it. Even though I didn't punch very hard my arms got tired.

Yep. Wii Sports Boxing is a serious workout if you play the Training mode. I did it for a while when there was too much snow on the ground to go jogging.

I find myself actually running around the room when playing tennis (the room doesn't have much in it other than the TV & lounge). I do feel pretty exhausted once I've finished!
