    Wii motion plus, I need confirmation

    I just bought a Wii motion plus

    The problem I have is that when I play a game the wii motion plus works only for like a minute to 20 minutes long. It all of a sudden it stops working. I press the wii home button and there isn't even a cursor, so I put the wii motion plus out of my wiimote and put it in again and than it works for like 20 minutes or so and again it stops working

    Did I just get a broken wii motion plus?

    What can you do if you ordered a defective item from ebay

    How long ago did you order the item and from where a US seller or a Overthesea's Seller.... also you payed with paypal and if it has been within 45days you can start a claim and get your money back but if you bought it from overseas's you are better just leaving it becasue the return shpping is going to kill you....

    I ordered the item like 12 days ago from a seller that's from china. I payed with paypal yes.

    I wondered if I could like sue the guy, or order him to send me a new one. Can I do something so I still get a good wii motion plus without having to pay more

    suing will get you no where.... Log into your ebay account and go to the item and click on the option like the picture.... and then you will start a claim with paypal and it could take 30days to get money or replacement but you dont have to do anything else after that unless paypal wants you to, but they will contact you if need be....



    *emuhack = has been selling and buying off ebay for 6yrs, i have done this many many many of times.....

    we are very sorry for this matter, and we really don't know what happened with this motion plus, you see, sometime the product have a quality problem even we checked it carefully. pls don't worry, we had re-send a new motion plus to you on 02nd July, and you need not return the old one to me.
