I use the uncommonly rare Memorex DVD-R. I haven't ever heard about anybody else using these discs, why? They work flawlessly for me and they are well-priced!

So far so good. I guess I will continue using them ;P

Btw I'm using d2pro 9 v2 with wii clip.

don't believe the hype. get yourself a half-decent burner and you're fine no matter what discs you use. i use printable ultra-red discs i get from a wholesaler. i've burnt hundreds of games and i burn at 8x with no problems at all....

I just bought a 100 pack of Taiyo Yuden DVD-R.

Today I burned Lego Indiana Jones and it works perfectly.

I was always under the impression that even if +R's work with your Wii, you are not to use them, cause it strains the Laser on the Wii...unless you change some settings on ImgBurn? I have always used -R and have no issues with TDK -R at 4x.
