Alright guys, I have a 1st gen Wii that I've been wanting to pick up a Modchip for every since I went to a buddies house and played a homebrew Guitar Hero game. But here's my delima my wife doesn't want me to mod the Wii because she thinks it is illegal or that I will download games illeaglly to play. My question is: are homebrewed games consider illegal and are there any websites out there that you can download games from legaly, like itunes or anything?
