USB Loader GX gives me an exception occured

I am running a wii with 4.2u. I followed the tutorial here http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...tem-menus.html and everything seemed to install with no problems. Everyhting went exactly as stated in the tutorial, however when I try to load usb loader gx without anything plugged in, it says waiting on slow usb. However if i try it with a usb plugged in, I get an exception occurred error, neogamma did not work either, it loads ok but if I try to load a game i get a time out message. I have been working at this for days now, and I am fresh out of ideas, please if anyone can offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try running it without the USB attached, and then attach it after the loader is up. Make sure you're using the correct port.

Hey there, thanks for the quick response. I tried what you said and when I run usb loader with nothing plugged in, I get a message saying waiting on slow usb with a countdown. As soon as I plug the flashdrive in, I get the message that says Exception occurred.
I believe there is a number or a coder there but I can't make it out. Below that there are a whole bunch of numbers, then a space and it says stack dump with some more numbers and then code dump and some more numbers. Thanks again for the assistance.

Hey guys, Ifixed the problem myself, it turns outthat it was just becase the SD card was not in the card slot. Just a note: maybe the tutorials should tell you that the card is needed to play. Thanks very much for the help.

It tells me "Waiting on your slow usb device" all the time. I just leave the wii running, unplug the drive then plug it back in. Works for me
Who are you to question why your god doesn't want me to believe in him?
