When i turn on my wii it automatically goes to and boots the disc in the wii. and when i press home and press go to wii menu it just restarts the wii. plz help.

Do you have a hardmod? I wasn't aware of an autoboot function w/o one... doesn't sound like a brick to me, but you can inquire here.
