Lack of contact information - Wiihacks

I just ordered a D2Pro9 v2 from a seemingly popular site. It's been a long time since I modded anything other than PS2's or Xbox's so I'm having to figure out the best places to buy again. I've seen several instances on here of people having problems with those mod chips and I've heard quite a few good things about the Wasabi 2.

What irritates the living hell out of me though is when I go to try and contact the seller about my questions and concerns and all they have listed for contact information is a form that emails them. If you're going to take 83 of my freaking dollars buy a telephone so that I can call you if I need to do so. From now on, I'm going to only order from people that I know I can talk to on the phone should I have questions about my order. When someone can't track you down, you look like a cheap arsed, fly-by-night operation.

Why don't you just call out the site so others can avoid getting bad service? In the mean time, just ask your question(s) here and I will try to answer them.
