What does the future hold in store for owners of the wii that are gamers?

please answer the answer as truthfully and accurately as possible, as this will determine the fate of my wii.

I bought my wii 6 days ago for two reasons. One is that i'm a recovering spinal core injury patient and i'm using the wii as a form of rehabilitation and second i dislike mashing buttons to perform in-game actions (i'd rather do the motion and i can't mash buttons anymore because the injury left me with thumbs full of spasticity and tone) [in layman's terms, very stiff, slow and weak thumbs, w/c makess the xbox360 and ps3 practically useless for me]

and with this year's e3 in the books, i can see that the games nintendo will release will most likely be 1. created by them and 2. for the casual gamers. i enjoy wii sports like everyone else, but minigames are starting to get repetetive and boring. where do the hardcore gamers stand now? and where are the third party games? and where are the non-family-friendly games? and how often will they come out? thanks.

most wii games are not button smashing games for yu i would recommand get some wiiware games like family table tenist, pop and defend you castle because thoses games require you to use the wii mote in different ways and just hold a button. You can play some games like zelda mario kart which require some button pressing but not too much.
