    Question Free Running PAL Problem

I have a NTSC Wii Sys menu 4.1 softmodded. I followed dogeggs guide for hacking and the GH5 for installing other cIOS with merged IOS's and I'm using USB Loader GX with 002 fix enabled. I downloaded Free Running from Espalwii.com and I tried different things to get it to run, but to no avail. I have tried loading it with IOS 222, 223, and 249 and it didn't work on system default for display, it just did the typical PAL screen flicker where its in black and white and the screen just keeps on jumping up the screen. I then tried Forcing NTSC and tried 222, 223, and 249 and all I got was a green screen. I then tried Forcing NTSC, tried 222, 223, and 249, AND I tried to Block IOS Reload. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Edit: Forgot to add that I'm using cIOS rev 13b as rev 14 kept giving me problems running DL games such as Super Smash Bros Brawl and Metroid Prime Trilogy.

Im having the same problem, black and white games, with fuzzy screen...but mine don't jump around..ive been wondering if there was a way to change a PAL game into an NTSC format...instead of "forcing" the wii to play it...

btw, the game im having this problem with is Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball...i've other wii pal games that run perfect...so im thinkin maybe it could possibly just be this game? or what..lol

I kno for Wii Music there is the NTSC version that works but if you try to force NTSC on the PAL version, it won't work so the closest thing I can figure is that Free Running is the same as Wii Music. Ah well

same issue happens to my NTSC-J Wii with PAL ISOs (wiifit-pal : gameIDRFPP07, NHL2K-10-pal: gameIDR7OP54). i don't plan to patch any of the pal ISOs [ as others hv been playing well.... ] but expect to play it in completely original file.

One solution I know is that there is the signal converter but I haven't tried it and don't know the success of it.

I'm using the regular RCA cable hooked up the red/white/yellow. I don't have the composite cables

Yeah, and I tried that RegionFrii thing and if i set it to disc default like the original settings, it did the same thing that I'd get for forcing PAL, so yeah, we need the NTSC version. Boo!
