Problem with playing backup games via hdd
Okay,

When I play games via hard drive at some points it freezes. I don`t have this problems with dvds. I don`t have any modchips on my wii.
So what should I do???

What Hd are you using?

Some HD's turn off automaticaly hence the freezing... My Western Digital 1tb My Book Essentials keeps power automatical and never freezes. Works Grrrrrrrrrrrr8!

I have the same hdd and it works perfect no problems in my house and il play the wii for 8 hours at a time between myself and others.

I don`t remember that hdd type because i don`t have it any more .But there was a little green light and when the game freezed it turned red. So I think it was the hard drives fault.

Once again sorry for my bad english.

hmm...i have a WD My Passport 500gb hdd and some games freeze at random points..others like GH: Aerosmith freeze after i choose a song to play (on the loading screen)..now when i have the hd plugged into my computer/wii, the small LED light stays lit for a few seconds, and flashes for a few seconds (this i believe because hd is being accessed), but i've not noticed it like powering off or anything of that nature, but any possible ideas would be great lol
