    weird problem

ok guys, let's go to the deal right away .

i am using gamma loader 0.3 with the HBC.

i have a Pal wii (netherlands) and if i am using Pal games it says error (copie of the games) but when i play a copy of the NTSC games it works perfectly,

    i want to know.

should i get NTSC games or just try using Pal?

E:// also i want to know, if this is to be fixed.
as it is driving me insane.

and it costs me a lot of money for these freaking discs, as i keep getting error002 on Pal games but it runs perfectly on NTSC

    regards,

    ruud

Wow. That's really odd. What system menu are you on? And I assume that your TV is PAL since you're in europe. Right?

well i got it through gamma loader on :

    force pal no
    force NTSC no
    force other thing no

    my tv is ofc PAL.

but i just figured as i got my hands on a copy of Madworld NTSC, doesn't work aswell,

    still error 002.

    so that is my theory

then i had a new theory, that all the new games won't work on gamma v0.3

but that went away as i played Valhalla knights NTSC on my pal wii.

so i wonder, what is the error 002 problem and how to fix it?

    it's driving me bankrupt :P.

If you had bothered searching, you would have found that you need to install cios38rev14 and neogamma r7

It might have looked as if only new games gave problems-the Valhalla Knights game, although new, uses IOS9-an old IOS, you obviously had that and are missing a few of the newer IOSes.

You should update the cIOS, update that old backup loader, and install a few IOSes.

To update your Wii to cIOS38rev 14; go here:[Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]. Download the softmod pack. Extract the rar archived file and copy the contents as directed to a 2GB SD card.

    - Do Step 3-that will install cIOS38rev14 (it will show as IOS249 rev 14 in the NeoGamma menu screen.
    - Do Step 5D-that will install NeoGamma and also a number of IOSes that many games tend to us. NeoGamma R7 has the 002 error fix automatically. There are also settings to FORCE PAL so you can play NTSC games on your PAL system.

Before starting, check your system menu to make sure you haven't accidently changed the region of your Wii. Press the Wii Options button and on the next menu screen, look at the upper right hand corner-as a European Wii it should be something like 3.2E.
