The NeoGamma setting to try first is FORCE NTSC

I got a ntsc wii with neogamma r7 as a usb loader which works well with ntsc games but when I load PAL games the color do not load too well. I tried forcing ntsc p and ntsc i which neogamma has in its list but the game will not load and it turn into a blue screen with a message saying "tv format not valid". Hope anyone can help me. Thanks

The NeoGamma Settings
Hooktype: Not routinely enabled. It is used mostly for debugging and Ocarina.
Ocarina: Self-explanatory. You are either using Ocarino cheat codes or you are not. This setting has options for Ocarina SD or USB devices.
Alternative .dol: Needed for certain games-less than a dozen games right now use alt.dols. Set to the disc setting enables a search of the disc for .dols and allows one to select the .dol to be loaded. Enable this only for those games that require an alt.dol to play. The "SD & USB" setting will load a .dol from SD or USB rather than loading the main.dol from disc. The .dol is to be in the NeoGamma folder and has a required nomenclature.
Boot language: Option sets language to force. "Console Default" forces no language, "Auto Force" forces English on NTSC-U games, and Japanese on NTSC-J games. Forcing the language of the disc is required for some out-of-region games.
Force Video: Option sets video mode. "Disc" is the default and nothing is forced. "Wii" forces the video mode set in the Wii settings.
Patch Video: Should not be routinely enabled. Patches the video mode(s) inside the main.dol to the game's initial video mode. This addresses those out-of-region games with odd coloration.
VIDTV Patch: Not routinely enabled. Used for persistent display problems with out-of-region games.
Patch Country Strings: Not routinely enabled. Required for some out-of-region games; primarily needed by Japanese Wiis.
A lot of trial and error can beinvolved when playing out-of-region games. Try different combinations of Force Video, Patch Video and VIDTV. Sometimes an out-of-region game just can’t be played; one sign of that is a green screen freeze.
