Edit your Mii
I see people on Mario Kart with extremely weird looking Mii's.. Not the regular options, I see ones with like, TVs on their face and tentacles, etc. How is this done? I'm assuming it's some homebrew you have to install... Or do you have to extract the Mii file and do it on your PC? I'm completely stumped, lol.

Help!

There is some pretty intence Mii Artists out there! they make thoughs with all the face part... im pretty sure thats what they doo...
