I booted up the HBC today to update it to the latest version. It popped up a window to my surprise (i went ooOOhhh =O) and i when i went to accept the download for the HackMii installer, my wiimotes turned off. So i tried pressing the A button again thinking "Mabye i'm low on battery", I tried re-syncing with my wii but nothing worked. So i used my GC controller to navigate and install the new HBC but now i'm puzzled as to why my wiimotes wont work.
Yes I had two wiimotes on at the same time and now they both aren't working!
They flash and then there lights turn off. =( OH NOES WIIMOTE BRICK!!!

sync them again by pressing the red buttons on the wii and wiimote in turns
tried that...
try them many times as the first wont do... needed4 times on me
i tried more than that. I just tried getting my friend to come over and sync his wiimote, and HIS DIED!!!! This happend right when the window for the patch came up.
i tried 10 times at least lol, got it working eventually, i had to use Gamecube controller to get into Gecko to load a disc, and then i was able to sync once the game was running
damn my Wii is cursed! now my friend is completely pissed at me cuz his wiimote DOESN'T SYNC TO HIS NOW EITHER! >=O
