Thread: Jap wii problem help ASAP!!!

It should do but not one to ask questions have you ever tried it?

Ok my friend here goes. As I have an american wii and I love Jap games I have quite a few. This is where you need your trusty

I have burned a few JPN Games and they boot strait up on my US NTSC System like (Simple Wii Minna de kart race vol. 1) no patch or region free required for me to play it.

Though I usualy make it a good habit to Patch everything with Region Free and then Use wii brick blocker.

You have a modchip in your JPN wii so you should be able to boot most games with out region free (wiiion free) but It does not hurt or take any time to run it.

Now Wii Brick Blocker is a cool program that you wanna use because it replaces the system update (metroid 3) and replaces it with a non system update. You don't wanna update with an american game in a Jpn wii because then you will brick your system. Same with a PAL system.

Even though I got an american console playing jpn games, and you got vice versa. This should be theoretically the same. If you have any problems or if anyone has any questions let me know.
