Guys I ordered mine on November 3rd and I have emailed around 5 times, each of which time I have been given a date and he has failed to ship and made an excuse. I dont know what is going on here but it is starting to feel a little strange .... Luckily I paid by paypal and I am going to doing a chargeback.
Also, I have been monitoring this thread on another board where one user posted today:

" I contacted the telephone number on the website.

It goes to the company who chip and ship the consoles for premodded.

They said they have had no new orders from premodded for the last 2 weeks even though they have 6 cartons of Wiis ready to go. They havent shipped any console for premodded in the last two weeks.

If you have an order with premodded claim the money back asap."

Think seriously about getting your chargebacks in before the 45 day paypal limit is up.

I got told last night that I would now not get my console until after xmas. I paid for mine on November the 1st. I have now asked for a refund as I can chip one myself faster. Pretty much continual lies about a despatch date just to keep you waiting longer

Sorry! Sorry! Today we have make registration on forum and we have to replay and give true story of our problem.

We have to write that we have the best price in world of modded consoles. We haved only consoles in Europe and USA. Other shop in November put big price… We heaved small price – whey? All isn’t in price.

This staff happened… In begin of November our good friends and our collage go to other world on 190 km/h on freeway. Today that this guys are whit us, we will have in our home modified ps3 and 3 best friends to go on beer.

We have contact our dealers that buy from us can they modded for us consoles… We receive masseage “ Sorry we have many orders we don’t have time please ship us 100 pcs for us”. And one tell that he will modified consoles and replay us consoles in 14 days whit explain we don’t know modding whit new chip.

Nobody don’t help us, but we don’t want ship to this company’s consoles any more. Before 10 days we have new good guys that work on modding. Many guys take refund many and older no that we every time replay on every e-mail under 12 h and ship consoles. This last month maybe don’t replay on 30 e-mails while people send us thousands mails whit… “my sane not receive console…he will kill my and I will kill you…” All consoles we will make delivery to 15.1.08. To people that have been whit us.
