The Argon and the D2C are both future proof as they are both software updateable

If the guy doesnt have the money(i.e. he already bought the consoles to mod) and doesnt have the ability to mod the consoles now for whatever reasons(most likely due to the complexity of the D2C) then by digging your heals in(which you have every right to do) you won't get anywhere fast(as you have already seen)

I worked out what was going on and negotiated a fair offer for you. I did this out of my own time as I was feeling guilty that I managed to get a refund. Personally i'd have preferred the above offer as I only paid £222 and I cant get a mod chip and it fitted for that price.

I would advise not dropping any disputes until you have the console to be safe. I'm pretty sure he will come through for you based on 1) if he was going to con people he wouldnt still be emailing them 2) if he was going to con people he wouldnt have refunded anyone

Robbie

I only wanted a wii for Christmas for my kids. I was referred to the premodded site by someone in the know that said its cheaper than ebay. Which by mid Nov was true. He also said that owing a modded wii was totally legal which we know is also true.

I only ever wanted a console & I ended up paying over £200 for one on ebay to keep kids sorted for Crimbo.

IF I get this deal via Berislav I should be able to recoup most of the money by selling the console & chip as it is now surplus to requirements.

Berislav, can you reply to my PM's please.
Robbie, can you reply to my PM's too please.

I 'bought' my Wii on 4th November and have had exactly the same story as you (dodgy tracking code, sniffer dogs etc).
I emailed them again yesterday and received a mail from Berislav pointing me to this forum. Whilst I have been waiting 3 months and keep getting the run around, I still believe that this is not a complete con but more of a cock-up (and I am a pretty cynical guy!).
I have mailed Berislav this morning to accept the offer of an unmodded Wii and the chip.

Has anyone who has accepted this offer received it yet or is this just another delay?

The offer was announced yesterday.
This could indeed be stalling tactics or it could materialise.
Being of the once bullshitted never trust mind, I dont believe a fooking word of it all.
But I haven't got many options.
I think its time I had a word with his local police etc & put in some time to do some more digging.

I'm going to let this offer run its course as at the end of the day all I want is my Wii. If it doesn't materialise within a week or so, then I'll be joining you on your dig!

if the offer is genuine then why is berislav only dealing with Robbie and organising a wii for tracy whats happening with everyone else

Im personally getting very pissed off

as berislav is either ignoring e-mails or fabricating multiple transactions

long story short

Just send the fucking Wii+ mod chip + refund

and lets cut all the bullshit

If the offer is genuine im sure Berislav and Robbie would not be so secretive

about the whole thing, I prefer a more transparent approach

You're on the right tracks and the wrong tracks. Robbie is not upto anything, I can vouch for that as I approached him back in December way before all this shit started and he was in the same boat as us, so theres no need to be so hostile to the one guy that is helping us.

HOWEVER

Berislav is supposed to be running a business and therefor should be willing to comunicate with us, the fact that he aint is indeed unproffesional and this "offer" doesnt seem very genuine as he isnt representing it himself.

Give him a chance he was only going through me initially as I was the one who offered him a way out of his predicament

If you check his response on the forum you will see he can't be online today and he has advised you of such

If you don't want to be patient then do things your own way. I did this out of my own personal time and am not going to be drawn into arguments that don't concern me

Angry same messages

Why has Berislav told us all the same thing? Apart from the dates these emails are all the same. I am owed £501.36 and I am not a happy bunny to say the least. I'd just be happy with a refund! Are we all just giving him too many chances? My faith in what this man says is zero.
