Hi Everyone. 1st post and like most of you here it looks like I have been scammed by premodded aswell for a wii. paid them back in Novemebr.
Same story slow responding to emails, just had the story about my wii being sent back by customs. If somebody from premodded is looking PM me and arrange for my money back. Youve wrecked my kids Xmas and I wont let this rest and will take legal action aswell.
SORT IT NOW.

Oh my god we paid him £501.36 for two modded wiis in december. The shock I feel is unbelieveable. I feel like the stomach has been ripped right out of me. i have emailed moneybookers to complain, but I am scared we will have just been ripped off, plain and simple. Can anone help? i don't have £500 to throw away.

Thanks. Have you any more info about that deal he was offering? I somehow dont think it will materialise. He has lied from day one and is just sat on our money.

The deal he is offering is to send us an unchipped Wii, plus a D2C rather than the infinately better Argon (which is futureproof - the D2c isn't)

We then get the Wii chipped over here. In exchange for having to do that, he will refund £30 to a moneybooker account. He can't pay it to Paypal.

Tough luck if we can't find anyone to chip it for £30 - we'll then be out of pocket for the rest.

I can't do anything until tomorrow because I've had to set up a moneybooker account, and to verify it, I have to tell them how much they have taken out of my bank (I'm hoping they put it back once I'm verified!!!)

Thats basically it. In return, I personally have to drop the dispute with Paypal, which I would only do when its all arrived and sitting in front of me. I've had too many stories of drug sniffer dogs at Heathrow sniffing out the chips, the Austrian post office refusing to take the parcels, because there were too many etc etc.

I would suggest PM'ing Berislav and asking him to confirm his offer.

Berislav is attempting to make an offer now that allows him to save a little face.

You can accept it if you trust him, but I ask yourself this - can you trust someone who took thousands of pounds of christmas money, and when he ran into problems, instead of coming clean, made a FAKE elspa page and attempted to keep the lot for himself.

If enough people complain to ELSPA, moneybookers, thier police and his, we will see a fair punishment for this attack.
