I have negotiated the following resolution for you from Berislav

A Wii Console and the D2C Key(Worth £40) seperately. Also a refund of £30 to cover the cost of chipping. Contact me for information on where to get that done

Obviously it is up to you whether to accept it but I personally think given the circumstances its a very good deal

thanks for trying to mediate this situation Robbie

I think under the circumstances Berislav should be contacting us with the offer after all he has had my money since 13/11/07 not to mention everyone elses. plus he has a habit of ignoring e-mails

my gut feeling that this is yet another lie to compliment the multitude of stories he has tried spin to us.

i do appreciate his gesture to make good i only hope for his sake that he does

Yes! We have in 1h - resolve 5 transaction. If you want we can give all names on forum, and you can contact people. I will contact you in Saturday or Sunday. While tommorow i cant been online. after 18 i will. Thanks
