OK lets get this straight

Fact 1: It is legal to own a chipped Wii/Playstation/Xbox, as long as you only use it to play copies of games you already own the original of.

Fact 2: Sniffer dogs at Heathrow are not trained to sniff out chips in gamestations. They have more fun sniffing out drugs. As chips do not smell of anything, unless the dogs take the Wii out of the box and test it, there is no way that they can find the chip. (and they can't play them because they have no thumbs) and Yes, that is a sarcastic answer.......

Fact 3: In Argos (a large catalogue company in the UK) they are selling Wii's with Wii Sports for £179.97. Why would anyone in their right mind want to pay £100 more to get exactly the same from Austria??? I would accept an unmodified Wii plus £100 refund, and nothing less.

So there is your answer. I do not want a Wii sent in 2 days, I want my money back now, otherwise I shall be contacting the relevant authorities.

They also do NOT block you refunding people. Cut the crap and give people their money back

If you want to offer people a "console only" then you also need to send them a cheque for the difference as a "console only" DOESNT cost £224

You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process." is a total contradiction to your excuse that you are not allowed to sell anything that is chipped.

You are still taking money from people on the pretense that you are going to supply a chipped Wii.

If you are going to lie, at least stick to the same story.

Berislav,

There are alot of angry people here who don't look like they plan on going away.

I don't think you set out to scam people, I think your situation has just forced you to.

However, this can get alot more serious, and I don't think you want that. I strongly advise you to just cut your losses, make refunds to the people asking and then everything will pan out from there.

If you continue to hold on to my money I will continue down the several Legal roads I have started on.
