need help with softmoded wii

my wii version is 3.2e downgraded from 4.0e and i have the homebrew channel and have neo gamma R3 now i have no DVD-R disks atm so im just wondering can i install the usb loader to load games from my usb pen but i don't have the Chip in my Wii so would it still work ?

is there a tut for usb loader ? without mod chip just softmod

USB Loader is 100% Softmod so you'll not find any specific one that deals with or without mod chip.

There's probably a thousand tutorials out there that you could follow, each would give you what you need.

We're on v1.5 of USB Loader and you'll need to use cIOS 38 rev 13b or plain rev 13.

Installing is (usually) a quite straightforward matter of installing the cIOS that makes all this possible (38 Rev 13b) and then loading up the USB Loader application of your choice.
